EN 1504-2
A one-component, rigid, cement-based waterproofing slurry mixed with water only. The simplest option on site, brush or roller-applied to concrete and masonry where no substrate movement is expected.
Common to the Fly waterproofing range
- Conforms to EN 1504-2 requirements as a coating for the surface protection of concrete
- Impermeable under positive head and resistant to negative water pressure — can tank a basement from the inside
- Water vapour permeability Class I (EN ISO 7783) and capillary absorption w < 0.1 kg/(m²·h⁰·⁵) (EN 1062-3)
- Protects concrete against carbonation, with no corrosive effect on embedded reinforcement
- Suitable for potable water tanks and food-contact surfaces
- Maximum 1 mm per coat · consumption 2.0 – 4.0 kg/m² · shelf life 12 months
