Welcome to Fly Construction Chemicals

Fly Construction Chemicals manufactures a full range of construction chemicals — cement-based and gypsum-based products, ready-mixed mortars in powder form, special paints, epoxy systems and waterproofing products — from its factory in Belbeis, Sharkia. Its products are approved by ECG, Dar Al-Handasah and the Armed Forces Engineering Authority, and its quality system is certified to ISO 9001:2015. The company was founded in 2012 as Millennium; in 2022 the legal entity changed through an acquisition and it has traded as Fly Construction Chemicals since.

FLY provides the highest quality and range of building materials products to its valued customers in the construction industry with consistency throughout the process.

Manufacturing of construction chemicals and building materials, including flooring systems, waterproofing and insulation products, tile adhesives and grouts, gypsum-based compounds, facade coatings, architectural paints, and epoxy systems

Quality management — ISO 9001:2015

Certificate no. MSE 0020525A, issued by OSS Middle East Certification and accredited by EGAC (Egyptian Accreditation Council) and IAF. Initial registration: 3 May 2025. Valid until: 2 May 2028.

Scope: Manufacturing of construction chemicals and building materials, including flooring systems, waterproofing and thermal insulation products, tile adhesives and grouts, gypsum products, facade coatings, architectural paints and epoxy systems.

In 2022 the legal entity changed through an acquisition, and the company has operated as Fly Construction Chemicals since, from the same factory in Belbeis and with an expanded product range.
